The makers of Budweiser, Michelob, Natty Ice, etc have concocted a gluten free beer called Redbridge!
They have a Retail Locator for Dining In & Out so you can see where to get it. I was having a hard time getting it to work - perhaps the site is inundated with thirsty celiacs? But am hoping there is some in the Boston Area.
Anyway - I will be looking for this, and will report back to you with an update immediately!
(Rural, just got your comment below via email -- just as I was about to post! Word must be spreading like wildfire!)

Any luck finding Redbridge in the Boston area?
Thank you!

Hello. I found Redbridge at Marty's in Allston. I spoke to the manager there and he said he only got in 6 6-packs because there was a shortage. He isn't sure he'll be getting more in either. I bought only 1 6-pack in case I didn't like it. But I haven't tried it yet. Will let you know!

I found it in the North End (Hanover Street Wine & Spirits). The store manager knew all about gluten-intolerance and has permanent plans to keep it stocked - along with Bard's. It's a great tasting brew and is extremely drinkable. The retail locator seems to be working (as of 1/4/07) - but it is still buggy - can't see zip code text). A lot of places said they were aware of Redbridge but didn't have plans on stocking - although places can do special orders...
