Took this picture on the train on my way into work this morning! I thought the cake was delicious! It's actually very filling for a fairly small cake. But the flavor and texture are great - it's super moist and the orange flavor isn't overwhelming.It's not something I would eat every day (pretty high in fat, calories & sugar) but the price is great - only $1.95.
What I love most about this is the fact there is a GF treat to be found almost anywhere. Especially when traveling, this will be awesome - there are usually Starbucks all over the place, and now we will be able to grab something safe to eat wherever we are!

Awesome! And so true that it's a relief to have a safe bite that you can grab wherever you happen to be! Ah, the lovely fake wood of the Green Line trolley. :)
