You're welcome! I love it! I will be rotating headers too, I get so bored with the same thing all the time. I actually wanted to make a new header like 2 days after I made the previous one...
Hey Allie- Can you tell not a lot of work is getting done today??
I saw your message about wanting to find gluten free bread that tastes normal. Have you tried Gluten Free Bakehouse made by Whole Foods? It is in the freezer/gluten free section. Definitely the best gluten free bread I have had. The sandwich and prairie (weird name?) breads are good. I think it is made by Whole Foods Bakery themselves. You should definitely give it a shot if you haven't already.
Actually I just told Jen (the comment above you) about Whole Foods bread -- I actually REALLY like their Honey Oat bread - it doesn't come sliced but in a small round loaf, it's great, and even tastes good not toasted!
I saw that recently but haven't tried it yet. I will pick some up next time I am there. Next week is a little crazy so the week after might be better. Email me when you are thinking of going and we can figure something out. Do you still have my email address?
I did see that trip on delete the wheat! I wish I could afford to go, it sounds so fun. I went to whole foods and saw the honey oat but got the glutino corn loaf instead. I just wanted some white toast and it worked perfectly with my eggs last night for dinner. I'll definitely try the honey oat one for sandwiches though! Almost $6 bucks a loaf... ugh.
