Anyone ever tried this???

I just stumbled upon this brand of beer doing some random google searching.. has anyone tried it?? Is it good? I have had RedBridge (www.redbridgebeer.com) before, and I enjoy it, but some variety would be nice. So this Shakparo is brewed by Sprecher Brewery (www.sprecherbrewery.com) and it looks like they also have another gluten free option called Mbege, both made from Sorghum & Millet...

Would love to hear your thoughts! THANKS...

Ok - another thing, I'm having issues trying to post links -- when i put a link, it cuts off whatever is after it - i did a ton of searching & cannot find an answer - any help?

Allie,

A few of us were up in Boston to catch a Red Sox game last weekend. While up there, I dragged my friends to Wagamama. My friends weren't interested in the place, but I sure was.

The place was awesome. I got takeout (chicken itame) and sat outside. The dinner was sooo good. I want to go back there really soon. Thanks for writing about the place. - Monica

It looks like it was a limited release beer (http://www.sprecherbrewery.com/beer.php?cat=5) but I will keep my eyes open.

Thanks for the heads-up!

I actually tried this about 1-1/2 months ago. My local liquor store ordered it and at first were told it wasn't available, then lo and behold they got it in. Unfortunately, I didn't like it as much as Redbridge. It was too "ale-y" for me, which my husband says means higher alcohol flavor (I definitely felt a buzz starting after a bottle). Sprecher is a Wisconsin brewery and I live in WI so maybe it was a bit easier to get here than elsewhere? Anyway, worth a shot if you can get it, but I'll stick with Redbridge or New Grist, another decent gluten free brand by a Milwaukee microbrewery.

I've never even heard of it! The package looks fun, though.

Does anyone have a gluten-free beer/cider that is good? I've only tried Woodchuck and Fox Barrel Cider. Both are ok, but I would like to try some others.
