Thank you General Mills!


I may be a little behind, just starting to read blogs & start blogging again. Although life is still crazy for me! Anyway -- just saw this gluten free site that General Mills came out with called LiveGlutenFreely.com -- how cool?! BTW, I really really love their chocolate cake mix... Makes the best cupcakes!

Their GF Brownie mix isn't bad either! It's nice not to have to make a trip to the specialty grocery when I have a sweets craving, too.

I'm a new follower - glad I stumbled onto your blog! It may sound weird but I crush the Corn or Rice chex and use it instead of bread crumbs in things like meatloaf (to help bind it together) or finely crush it and use it to batter chicken when oven frying. Works well for me and my husband doesn't even know the difference!

that doesn't sound weird! that sounds like a great idea actually -- do you soak it in milk or some other liquid before you use it in meatloaf??

it probably costs a lot less to do that for breadcrumbs instead of spending a lot of money on GF subs...
