I also bought the bread machine that Karina suggested AND...the first two loaves weren't baked well enough using the gluten free cycle. I used Breads by Anna (www.glutenevolution.com) and used the basic cycle the third time - it worked better. What cycle did you use with Pamela's bread mix?
